I’ve been thinking about how much I want to go camping a lot lately. This is the first time the Zombie Boyfriend and Robot Buddy have shown up together in a comic. I think they make a pretty good pair.

I’m getting pretty tired of the lame summer out here in the east bay. I’m sitting here trying to work and am wearing my fingerless gloves cause it’s so cold. I was/am so fired up about summer but it still hasn’t really shown its face around here.
We better be getting the indian summer to end all indian summers this year cause I am about to call BS.
Ugh… I really should tidy up my desk as well. After all, my girl is coming to town soon and I don’t want her to think I am a complete slob. Slob is fine… complete slob, I don’t know.
Ugh! Is it called writers block when you can’t seem to complete an idea for a mini-comic? If It is I’ve got a severe case of writer’s block right now. There are couple ideas in my head but I can’t seem to get enough thoughts together to make a coherent/complete comic.
Tomorrow I want to spend a fair amount of time working on august’s mini-comic but I have a screenprinting idea I think I’ll be able to crank out and actually make be pretty cool so I’m thinking i’ll do that first and hope it motivates and inspires me to finish up this month’s comic and get it in the mail and posted online.
Another thought I had was to maybe update this site more often with shorter 3-4 frame comics instead of just posting the frames from my mini-comics at the current rate of about one per month.
I’m also debating wether or not I want to have this site feature non comic related blog blurbs from me… we’ll see. In the spirit of non comic related blog blurbs I ate a ridiculous amount of mexican food last week. It was amazing.
Yeah so the Blazers return to glory will have to be postponed until next season when we kick the crap out of each team in the league and take no prisoners. Tonight’s games were lots of fun and pretty rough. Losing the second one (the championship game) was kind of a bummer but really it was a good game and both teams played well, they just happened to hit more of their shots at the end.
The good thing though was that I completely out played the other teams big guy in the first game… its that dude I hate playing against cause he’s totally clumsy and aggressive (not a good combination). Anyway, I was pulling out all the tricks and making him look pretty silly and making a fair amount of buckets.
After the second game we went out for a few drinks with the other team which was cool cause for the most part they are all nice folks. I had two rolling rocks. They were tasty. I washed those down with two pretty solid slices of pizza from down the street from the bar.
I really wish we won the championship but hey them’s the breaks I guess.
Well… it looks like I am going to add a comic website to the list of sites I don’t update. Hopefully this one will be different and maybe having a site will keep me motivated to draw and create stuff.
