Friday, July 25th, 2008Yeah so the Blazers return to glory will have to be postponed until next season when we kick the crap out of each team in the league and take no prisoners. Tonight’s games were lots of fun and pretty rough. Losing the second one (the championship game) was kind of a bummer but really it was a good game and both teams played well, they just happened to hit more of their shots at the end.
The good thing though was that I completely out played the other teams big guy in the first game… its that dude I hate playing against cause he’s totally clumsy and aggressive (not a good combination). Anyway, I was pulling out all the tricks and making him look pretty silly and making a fair amount of buckets.
After the second game we went out for a few drinks with the other team which was cool cause for the most part they are all nice folks. I had two rolling rocks. They were tasty. I washed those down with two pretty solid slices of pizza from down the street from the bar.
I really wish we won the championship but hey them’s the breaks I guess.
